What's the best method to reduce noise and smooth IFN detail after HistogramTransformation?

There is no best method.  Most people will do the majority of the noise reduction in linear mode, before Histogram Transformation.  This way you don't have to stretch the noise (or at least most of it).  Regardless, a popular strategy is to use TVGDN followed by ACDNR with a Lum mask protecting the highlights.  Try those tools and see how you do.

There is no best car, no best camera, no best wife, no best method, no best wave, etc...
But to reduce(!) noise its always better to capture more images and use more exposure time.
I dont know a better way without destroying real data. All noise fighting software cant be a complete replacement for
more and longer exposures.
