Question - Vicent Peris processing example

Hi, I was looking at Vicent Peris processing example on ATrousTransformation:

Under section "Extracting Large-Scale Structures" Figure 5 the picture of the ATrousTransformation dialog has a scrollbar and only show the leve 4,5,6,7,R. What are the settings (enabled/disabled, bias value)  for the level 1,2,3,4?

And the same issue for Figure 6 what are the seetings (enabled/disabled, bias value) for level 1,2,3,4,5?
