Get INVALID AUTHORIZATION CODE when activating newly bought Pixinsight

Hello!

I recently bought Pixinsight (last night),
I get an Authentication error. The server says: 'INVALID AUTHORIZATION CODE' when I try to activate pixinsight with the User Identifier and Code I received in my Email. I have a Paypal receipt. I have emailed Pixinsight Support about this but have not yet got a response.

Could anyone here help me?

Hi.
If you have instaled PixInsight before to by it, you must to unystall trial key. C/User, and in folder how is you Pc named, you will find trial key.
Delete this key, install again and insert your key.

But, still get the same error message.

Got a response from Support.
Had to request a reactivation.
They apparently have these problems sometimes.
Works now!
