Window Control Buttons Disappeared (Upper Right corner)

The Windows Control Buttons (Minimize/Restore/Close) _ - Box - X on the upper right corner of the PI program window have disappeared, like in tablet mode.  Can't find any setting regarding this. This is not in tablet mode by the way. Should I reinstall?

Yes that's it! But it defaults to that now, I have to change it every time I start. Plus other scaling problems I'll post in another thread
