Hello Everyone, my tale is a strange one. I had to refresh my Win10 after several difficulties with the computer. As a consequence I have had to reinstall Pixinsight , but though the software downloads when I try to install the program I receive the usual "Do you wish this program to make changes" etc., but when extracting the software it disappears from my screen after the loading bar is only a third way complete and nothing happens in loading Pixinsight onto my computer! When I highlight the downloaded file it reads "This installer database contains the logic and data required to install Pixinsight" I have tried loading program as Administrator, allowed the program access in my windows defender , halted the same defender to load program with no success. As you can guess I am at my wits end as to what I need to do next to be able to install Pixinsight. Prior thanks to any hero who can help me.
