Loss of contrast after CFA Drizzle
« on: 2018 February 16 01:55:21 »
Hello PI fans,

I have a question regarding CFA drizzle.

I am experimenting with drizzle lately, and more specifically what benefits CFA drizzle may offer. While I like the stars after CFA drizzle, I notice a contrast loss. Is this something normal?

I am using a DSLR/lens combo, "naturally" dithered by the errors of my tracker  :)

P.S.: Is there a tutorial/workflow of how to manually perform CFA drizzle?

Thanks!
