Thanks Juan; when I selected my image in RGBWorkingSpace and I tried to modify any coefficient, the upper tab changed inmediatly to "no view selected"; that confused me.

Hi,

Something don't work properly...

The PI showed this error message after I replaced the old deconvolution module by new one.

Also the new deconvolution module is not recognized by the PI during the instalation. Process>modules>install modules.

I removed the new deconvolution and replaced it by prior module. Any support is welcome.
greetings
Iñaki

Hi Iñaki!

Are you sure you haven't copied the 64-bit module on a 32-bit version of PI, or vice-versa?

This is the only problem I can figure out. I've just checked it out on Windows and works without problems on both 32-bit and 64-bit versions.

Hi,

if this is on Vista: I have seen this if you drag the DLL directly from the zip file into the bin folder. Instead, use "extract all files", and then copy the extracted files to bin. (This behaviour is supposed to protect you from viruses).

Hi Juan,

I am sure that I used correct module for 32-bit PI.

To ensure, I just tried again with same error. This time I downloaded both modules, and of course, the 64-bit module not run with my PI... curiously, both showed the same message.

Am I the only user with this problem?

PS: Juan no te preocupes si soy el único usuario, con la siguiente actualización supongo que funcionará.

My PI runs on XP... anyway, I can uninstall/install/remove/copy the prior deconvolution module succesfully.  ??? .

Thanks

PixInsight 1.5.2 for the Mac seems not to have been released yet. What can we expect this goodie?
Thanks,

Juan, I've tried out the new dec. module.
this is going to cut by 30% my processing time!
I used to spend a lot of time in finding the right starmask.
Perhaps the protection effect is a bit "aggressive": I need to set really very small values on the sliders to avoid "overprotection".

thanks,
Andrea

Is the complete 1.52 available for download yet?
The build dates listed are from mid may.
