Have you checked out the light frames with the Blink process to see if they all look OK?  If that doesn't give any hints then try running BPP with calibrate only and then Blink the calibrated lights.  If there is something going wrong with the calibration then that may be obvious.

Cheers,
Rick.

What's the nature of the data? The script generally does a fabulous job of registering about anything. But, it does require six matching pairs of stars to succeed. If the data is a high-res field with not enough stars, or a narrowband field with insufficient star contribution, it can fail, where the StarAlignment process with its greater control, will succeed.
Best always, Warren

Hello, For the first time ever I am unable to star align my lights.  I have 3 hours of data and can only stack 10 images.  The field of view is small with not many stars showing up.  I've blinked every file and they all look good with the dither being the only  movement.  I've attached a screen shot of the photo with some of the error.  I've calibrated the files with bias, dark and flat.  I used the subselector script to eliminate the bad.  I've increased the  RANSAC to the max starting with 6.  I've decreased the Log sensitivity also.  I've tried aligning both original files, calibrated files even tried eliminating the various master calibrated files one at a time.  I'm not sure what else to try.  Does anyone have any advice?
