Unknown Error on StarAlignment w/Drizzel'd files v1.8.5

I'm attempting to use StarAlignment on LRGB frames that have been Drizzel'd using 1.8.5 on Windows 10.  Never had issues before, but I've got a GREEN frame that simply tosses an error in PI when running the StarAlignment:

Is all I get.  I've tried this on macOS w/1.8.5 as well same issue.  Is there a way to debug this perhaps?  In the meantime, I'm going to try and back up a few steps and reproduce the GREEN channel Drizzle files.

On macOS it fails if I use the GREEN channel as the reference image similar to how it fails if I use the L channel as the reference image.

On Windows 10 w/GREEN channel as the reference image, it causes PI to have an unhandled memory exception.  At the end of the day, I was able to first crop the Drizzeled images and then got StarAlignment to run against them.

First time experiencing this kind of thing.  It's not relevant to 1.8.5 either as this same issue with this dataset happened on an earlier 1.8.4 version as well.

This is a weird problem that I cannot reproduce. To understand and solve it, I need the images that are causing it. Can you upload them? Thanks in advance, and sorry for  the trouble.

Sure, be glad to.  The forum won't take the files over 512k, these are 256MB each one for each channel.  Is there a special place to upload them?
