PI Version 1.8 - Installed. Text and Display is too Small

Hello,

I just installed the latest PI on my Win10 Surface Pro and the text and graphics are too tiny for me to able to read them. Has this version been tested on a Surface computer? Is there a remedy?

I have not yet installed it on my Mac, but I am sure it will look much better on that.
