Purchasing a license if PayPal is blocked in my country

Hello,

I'd like to purchase a license, but unfortunately PayPal is blocked in my country (Turkey) and I'm unable to make any payment using PayPal.

How can I purchase a license by alternate means? Is it possible to do a wire transfer/SWIFT etc. and activate my account manually?

I've asked this question to support email (support@pixinsight.com) two times, in the previous months, but haven't got any reply (I CAN receive emails from PixInsight, e.g. I've got a workshop email in the meantime).

What should I do?

It's not a technical block, I know how to bypass them. It's a legal block (basically: Turkish government forced all payment providers to move/replicate their user data within the boundaries of Turkey to spy on people even more, and PayPal denied): PayPal was legally forced to deny all payments with Turkish credit cards (and I don't have another credit card).
