Hi All, just back from Kielder starcamp with some images in the "can" despite a dead mount and Pix Insight will not start up.
Latest Windows 10, Intel based laptop. PI was fairly up to date.
On opening, PI appears in the task bar but has a blank white window preview, I can't alt-tab to it, it shows as idle in Task Manager.
PI was up to date and was working last week before I went away.
Tried reinstall over existing PI.
Tried uninstall and reinstall.
Each time there is no window just the updates required popup, then the reinstall popups, each of which are not on the desktop until I Alt-Tab.
Virus scans show clear, as always.
I did allow Windows to do an up date sometime last week. Then removed ALL the rubbish that reinstalls it self, Candy Crush etc...
I have distant memories of a PI cache file (or similar) that needs deleting but I can't find any reference to that.
Anyone had the same problems? Any solutions?
