[SOLVED] Network error: HTTP response code = 302

Went to use PI in the office today (trial licensed version) and got this message; "Network error:  HTTP response code = 302"  (common URL redirection code apparently)

Checked Internet connection (no firewall) with no problems there.  (I used PI only yesterday evening at home and all was fine).

Decided to buy the commercial license just in case my trial had for some reason expired before its May 2017 due date. 

Installed perfectly, I'm running Kubuntu 16.04 LTS, launched again, entered received ID and serial and again the same error pops up.

Updated, rebooted, started all again and still generates this error.

Any ideas?

I just started getting this error as well today. I'm running the trial version which I loaded on 23-Feb-17 so I'm still within the 45 day window and using the same computer it was installed on. Not sure what to try/do to get Pixinsight working.

Also, I noticed when pixinsight does load it states there are 24 updates available. However when I try to install the updates they all fail.

I just purchased the full commercial license and I am unable to activate the software on my PC and my MAC, same HTTP 302 error

Hi all,

This problem is now solved. Today we have made some changes to the server configuration, including a silly mistake that is now fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience.

As for my other problem of not being able to update I keep getting a errro "Package Extraction error" that is pointing to some location on the C driver followed by Exit code - 2. Any idea on how I can get the updates to install?

I wanted to follow up to see why when I start Pixinsight I get this message:
"You have 24 PisInsight updates"
"Click here to select, download and install available PixInsight updates?
But when I go to install the updates they all fail. I am running the 45 day trial version, maybe the trial version does not allow for updates to be installed?

No Luck. I turned my Antivirus off and still get the same errors. I am on Windows 10 Home Edition 64bit

Attached is the screen capture of the packages available as well as the typical error message

I wanted to follow up with not being able to update PixInsight software. My 45 day trial version has expired but before I purchase the software I would like to know that I can get  the software to update. Prior to the 45 day trial version expiring I did disable my antivirus software but still no luck. Is there anyway to reactive my trial period and any other suggestions on what to try to get the software to update? I am running on a Windows 10 home edition, maybe I need to run under full administrator?
