Issue with CatalogStarGenerator script

When drawing a 18000 x 18000 canvas at 3.5 arcsec it only fills part with stars as if there is a limit on height ...

(I tried default catalog as well as the one shown in screenshot ...)

The online catalog has a maximum number of stars that it can serve. In your case there should be a warning in the console.

The solution is to reduce the maximum magnitude.

Yes that was it, will try next time with the default catalog as it renders beter star fields ...
