Order of processing
« on: 2016 December 14 16:08:03 »

Now that I am getting to have a better understanding of PixInsight,  I am wondering what the order of what is done in processing an image.

In other words,  after your image is calibrated, registered, and stacked - what is the order of the other processes that follows.
like DBE, histogramstretch, hdrwavelets, etc etc...

What is the order.  Or is an order important?

But in general what is normally done after the images have been stacked and aligned?  What are the first few things that are done that are considered absolutely necessary.

Hi, you can see here a list of processes listed by Harry.
You can also have a look to these processing examples to see different approaches in different images.
And also this video about linear post processing.
Hope this helps
Saludos, Alejandro.
