OS X Tool Bars Not Sticking
« on: 2016 August 10 15:35:25 »
If you change monitors say from your MacBook Pro to a Thunderbolt display and back again.  Restart PI it won't retain the tool bar layout.  It defaults back to it's defaults and you have to re-organize them again.

Keep in mind that this issue is similar to the logo start up issue I wrote about way back when.  Then it was determined that if you have your MacBook Pro set as the primary display the bug shows up.  If you have the external display as your default display the issue doesn't exist.

I've had my toolbars revert to defaults several times. I have not been able to reproduce it. I only use the laptop screen with no external monitor, but I do use remote desktop access from time to time. Maybe it's related?

I'm on OSX Mavericks on a MBP.
