ImageIntegration not preserving PEDESTAL keyword
« on: 2017 September 23 06:16:24 »
Hi,
I noticed that in 1.8.5. Image Integration tool doesn't preserve PEDESTAL keyword and it's value after performing integration.

I pre-calibrate each dark with master bias and adding 200 DN of pedestal during calibration. Open FITS Header of each calibrated dark and PEDESTAL and it's value is in there.
After Integration of master dark , PEDESTAL and it's value are vanished from Fits Header of Integration and therefore it doesn't get automatically subtracted during Light frame calibration.

Thank you.

Hi Sergio,

Bug confirmed, thank you for reporting it. I'll release a bug fix update as soon as possible.

In the meanwhile, the workaround is obviously adding a PEDESTAL keyword manually to master dark frames. Sorry for the inconvenience.
