CosmeticCorrection Defect List Text File Format?

Hi,

Could someone point me to the text file format documentation for the CosmeticCorrection Defect List?  My search for this information produced no results, and this tool has no documentation in PI 01.08.04.

If you create a short defect list using the CosmeticCorrection user interface and write it out to a file the format is pretty obvious.  I only have bad columns and partial columns so my defect list looks like this

Col 903 1251 4095
Col 1911
Col 2351
Col 2645 1420 4095
... etc ...

I expect that a bad row would look exactly the same but start with "Row".
