Hi, When I try to stretch a two panel mosaic, it works, but one of the panels is overly stretched and has high noise. What might be causing this?

Thats because u havent clicked frame Adaptation during the registration process and the 2 frames havent been linear fitted.

Hi Dimitris, I tried it again and made sure that the Frame Adaptation was checked and it was. What else could be going on here? I've attached the most recent try. Thanks! Rick

Here's a screenshot of the two images from the above mosaic. They seem very similar to me and thus when registered, I'm not sure why they are so different in contrast and noise. Thanks.

Hi Rick, try using LinerFit tool between the two panels
