Missing SubframeSelector Script
« on: 2016 January 31 14:16:48 »
My PI version is 01.08.04.1195.  I tried to use the SubframeSelector Script but it’s missing.  My “View Installed Updates”
is attached.

If I go to "C:/ProgramFiles/PixInsight/src/scripts/mshuster/”   there is no “SubframeSelector/SubframeSelector.js".
Can this script be downloaded again from someplace?

Something has messed with your installation. From our support experience, this happens on Windows when some virus protection or firewall applications block access to files or directories "creatively". See FAQ 3.9 for more information. This can also happen during installation; see for example FAQ 3.4.

You should uninstall/reboot/install PixInsight, then apply all available updates. Let me know if this helps.

Juan -- I followed your instructions and this time, again without closing my AVG antivirus program, everything seems to be installed correctly including the SubframeSelector script.  It's a mystery  ;)
