Rodd, I agree with JoLo. The script can be a lifesaver for new imagers but you find that it does have several limitations and as JoLo says, the difficulty and extra time associated with the individual modules is overrated- follow the tutorials and other good ones here. FWIW, flats are certainly a good idea.
