CR2 Canon Raw Problems

Script > Batch Processing > Batch Pre-Processing.

Loaded a bunch of Canon Raw CR2 files: light, dark, flat, bias, selected a ref image and download dir , hit Run.

Progress in main window, see error:  "cannot process Canon Raw files", but it process keeps running.

What's up here?

What camera are your raw files from?

Can you batch convert your files to .fit or .xisf format?

Camera is Canon 6D, full frame. 

File extension is*.CR2.

To convert Raw to FITS, I think I have to use this:

Select Script > Utilities > BatchFormatConversion

But, in version PI 1.8.4 that I have, BatchFormatConversion is NOT there.

Hi JonS, does the script finish? Check the masters to see if you obtain your master dark, master flat, master bias and master light and if they are ok.

when you read "cannot process Canon Raw files", which images is BPP working with? May be you should inspect those individual files and see if there is something strange.
