I think that the process StarGenerator doesn't close the catalog file after finishing an execution.
Test case:
- Open an instance of PI
- Using StarGenerator create a new image
- Open a second instance of PI without closing the first.
- Using StarGenerator try to create a new image
In the last step the process fails with the error: "File I/O Error: Unable to open file: Win32 error (32): The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.: ********/PPMX.bin"
