It seems that the default option in processes like image integration, image calibration output extension is xisf? is that normal. I have a OSC camera so files our FITS. What should I do?

XISF is PixInsight's standard replacement for FITS. You should definitely leave that default alone. If you need to save as FITS for use in another application you can always do that.
