Another Decon Question
« on: 2015 October 24 15:55:50 »
Lest say that I've worked through doing a deconvolution using 26 iterations and think that maybe some more would be good, does adding on top of the already deconvolved image acceptable or am I better off saving the original image, undo the decon and change the number of iterations to a higher number and trying again comparing the two? If you find that 35 iterations works well is it the same result if you do say 20 first and a second round of 15 more?
