Copying a preview to another view
« on: 2015 August 28 06:16:22 »
Is it possible to copy the preview settings to another view? When I'm comparing images I often want to compare the previews that are exactly the same and right now I go to 'modify view' to see the settings and copy those. But it would be much more convenient to just copy the preview at once.
Is this possible?

Yes you can. Drag the tab of the preview from one image to the side tab bar of the other.

Well that's embarrassing.... I'm pretty sure I tried that before.
Ah well... it works indeed, that's the important thing ;)

There's also a script called PropagatePreviews under SCRIPT->Utilities that can do this with multiple previews to multiple destination views.
