Can BPP's filesave locations for calibration masters be changed?

When I run BPP, I'd like to save my calibration masters, especially flats, in the folders with the subs they were assembled from.  Can that be done?

Just to clarify the original post, I mean that I'd like to have BPP automatically place the masters in those folders.  By default, it places the masters in a "master" folder in the same place where the calibrated lights are being saved.
