Hi

so if I manually adjust my screen resolution down and up again the bar appears

but only when the application is open , error is there when I restart program

Version 1.8.4 requires WUXGA screen resolution (1920x1200) or higher. Since your screen is FHD (1920x1080), you'll have to close an explorer window. For example, if you close Object Explorer (or move it to the right side) everything should work fine. Let me know if this helps.
