I think maybe I'm losing my mind, but ..
PI starts maximized and does not render the standard top-right Windows buttons for minimize/maximize/close. In fact on my primary monitor it maximizes itself and covers the start bar. I can't re-size or move the window. Double-clicking the caption bar does nothing.
I uninstalled and reinstalled and applied all the latest updates.
Help?
