Support for 7DMkII

Took some series last night with the 7DMkII. Can't get them to calibrate. At first when it threw an error and aborted I figured it was my old calibration frames since they aren't the same dimensions. The error was incompatible image geometry so it made sense. Redid all my calibration frames but the error still persists. Checked dcraw site and they don't list the 7DMkII as a supported camera. Is this the reason for the problem? Do I need to convert these to some other format in another image processing program until it is supported? When I brought a single image into PI and ran debayer on it the result was a horrible green color. Using scnr on that results in a black and white image hardly any color at all. So I'm thinking its not decoding the image properly. Is there something I'm missing here? Has anyone else successfully gotten 7dMkII images to calibrate?

I copied all the files off my notebook onto the disks in the machine I'm running PI on and everything worked fine. I was reading them via the network off the notebook the first time. Weird. I am running large packets so maybe its padding them some way. Very weird but not a PI problem I suspect. I'll set the packet size back to normal and run them again to see if it happens.
