I just tried to run the Batch Preprocessing script, having specified that the master registration file was to be a FIT file.
I get a message back that it cannot find a file by the same name except with a XISF extension. (And the process fails)
I have no XISF image files......unless PI has already created one for me somehow, and now cannot find it.
Am I doing something wrong? Any idea what?
