What say on Pixinsight
« on: 2015 February 13 10:11:25 »
Nowadays I use Sequence Generator Pro for imaging. To day I have encountered this comment on the forum made by one of the developpers (talking of an issue upon Fits headers). "Jared said:
We generally use Pixinsight as our defacto standard as that's what the majority of SGP users tend to process with.

(and the user say):
I would go so far as to say that is what the majority of astro-imagers of any kind use these days. Steep learning curve but worth it".

Greetings Juan! And all! Plus ultra

Well, I wouldn't go so far but it's clear that we've walked a long way since we hit the street back in 2004. Still a lot to do though, I feel like we've just started something.

Hi
Here is another quote from SGL

Pixinsight is my processing savior lol! I've hated processing before as it was so subjective - PI is understandable with the tutorials and easy to remember too I've found.

How the world changes  ^-^
