Keyboard shortcut on Mac equivalent to Ctrl-F12 on PC

Could someone tell me what's the keyboard shortcut on Mac equivalent to Ctrl-F12 on PC? That's the one to disable SFT.

Searching I've found conflicting information (Ctrl+Opt+S, Ctrl+S, ...)

disable STF? it's control-S - i just tested it to make sure.
