File Restored different of the save as

HI,
I used to saves my files after each step, and also to be sure to well have saved to close and reopen the file I saved.
After a sted using the process "Atrouswavelet transform" and removing mask and previous I have a display which is correct ( with screentransferfunction ).
so I save this file and what is quite amazing is that opening again this file and applying the Stf, I get a quite different image ( whith a lot of "defects" that was not displayed on the file I saved.
Any Idea about what I could have wrong ?

Hi Dominique,
After ATWT the image has changed but you are visualizing it with the previous STF. When load the image again you apply STF to the modofied image.
