Canon 70d Images have no color help please.

All,

I was taking images with new 70d this past weekend and was trying to process them in PixInsight (latest version). Here is my process:

1: Convert CR2 raw files to fits using Batch Format converter.
2: Use Batch Pre Processing script to calibrate align and combine images.
3: Look at the images using the Screen transfer function tool. This is where I noticed the images were lacking color.

These are the two base images with no processing.

If someone can take a look at these and tell me what I did wrong and how I can best process these I'd appreciate it.
