Gamma Stretch

In the new website PixInsight resorces, I saw that in the tutorial of NGC253, there is a new tool called Gamma Strecth, which in my version 1.8.1.1083 is not present.
Should I upgrade the software to the latest version 1.8.1.1087?

Sorry guys but anytime I think I'm starting to understand PixInsight I see even more things to study....   

Are these modules from Carlos able to install them in PixInsight? and if so, how?...

I would like to try the "spikes" one....

That's weird... Maybe there is an incompatibility at the low level API with the current core compilation. I'll test that in my machines.

I wouldn't get too concerned. I deleted the dll files and re-downloaded them going through the install modules again, after a clean reboot. All went as it should and installed the modules as expected. Sorry I didn't do this before.

I got a similar message for the modules when installing on a MacPro, OSX 10.9.2:
Version MacPro 01.08.00.0997 (x64) RC5. I cancelled my installation on my old iMac and transferred it via TimeMachine to the new MacPro.
May be here is a cause ?

Everything runs fine on my MacBook: Version 01.08.00.1071 (x64), same OSX 10.9.2

PI does slow way down now while installing modules. It does load but take much longer to finish loading.
