When calibrating lights with bias and dark without optimization, we need a calibrated master flat and we need a not calibrated master light.

Currently we need to calibrate the flats with the bias in a separate path even if we have no flat dark, because requesting 'calibrate' in the same IC as the light would calibrate the flat with both the bias and the darks intended for the lights. Without optimization this is very bad and in most case useless.

It would be convenient to select separately 'calibrate with bias' and 'calibrate with dark' for the flats. This would allow to integrate the flats without having to calibrate them first and save some time in a common case.

What about calibration using Batch Preprocess?  Does that circumvent this issue somehow?
Celestron CPC1100 - Canon 550D (T2i) and of course, Pixinsight!
