I'm using the Batch Preprocessing Script for images of M42.  I have exposures of different lengths to get both the faint detail and not overexpose the center trapizium.  Should I just put them all in the section for lights and darks, or is there a different procedure?
Thanks for your help.

Run the script twice and create separate long and short masters. Then combine them later with the HDRComposition tool.

Should I process the separate images completely all the way through and then combine with the HDR tool or can I combine them right away with the HDR tool and then only process the one combined image?

Hi Mick,
I would perform DBE to each Integration and then combine with HDR Composition tool. Finally process the HDR image.
