East and west flats with batch processing

My guess is there is no logical way the script can sort out flat orientation, i.e. east vs west of meridian, and you will have to process separately?

Ok, I see that isn't exactly the case. But perhaps someone can briefly amplify how you would set it up so the proper flats are used?Thanks
