Did flats with wrong binning! :(

Guys, is there any way to work around this issue please?  I captured my RGB the other night at 1x1 but then grabbed my RGB flats at 2x2!  I know it will be less than ideal but any way round this?  If not I will have to rely on DBE.

It seems obvious that you could resize your masterflat 2x. Why is that not an option?
