I don't know if there is a single setting that works for all Canons. Luckily it is easy to figure out which one is correct. I wrote this for the QHY8 but it should give you some ideas. http://qhy8.wikispaces.com/How+do+I+verify+my+colors+are+correct%3F

Should be RGGB, the default one.
