FREE TUTORIAL on TGVDenoise
« on: 2013 August 01 18:54:17 »
Hello forum friends,
We're pleased to offer a brand new tutorial on TGVDenoise! Please enjoy it free of charge for the next couple of weeks!

PI-13 Nonlinear-7 here http://www.ip4ap.com/pixinsight_part2.htm
You'll also see 3 other free samples, as well as 4 others for Part-1 http://www.ip4ap.com/pixinsight_part1.htm

Carlos, please feel free to contact me privately if you see anything which could be improved. I hope I've done it justice.
Best always, Warren

Just reviewed it.  Thanks for the slowwwww speaking :).  I found it very helpful.  I and I guess others have been struggling getting the paramneters right.  You might add a bit of discussion of how to use the background stats to help adjust the settings.... this is in the documentation but is hard to implement.

I appreciate the discussion of the masking.

Jerry, I have slowed my delivery down purposely in the PI series(s) as I know we have many non-English as first language speakers. Be sure that you take advantage of the special features at the bottom of the player, which include Closed Captioning so you can read along, there is also a search feature and indexed 'chapters' which you can click on. This goes for everyone following this thread and subscribers to my series with RBA. Thanks!
Best always, Warren

I would try to read it in Russian if the TGVDenoise parameters were decrypted... ;)
