« on: 2013 December 28 15:01:18 »
Hi,

I would like to know what a the terms and conditions for workshops?
For instance, what would it take to have a workshop in Croatia?

Regards

Hi Zoran,

I think that you only need a group of people with desires of learning PixInsigth and to expend some money to meet expenses. It could be a very good idea to contact pteam member Vicent Peris and may be he is able to travel.
We are also organizing a new workshop in Buenos Aires that will be teached by pteam member Carlos Milovic  :) :) :)

Saludos, Alejandro.

Thnx Alejandro!

Do you know is there a minimum number of people that can participate in workshop?

The only problem that I see with less people is that the expenses must be faced by less people!
In our next, we aim to have between 15 or 20 people

Be careful when calculating the costs. Depending on where you do the workshop, things like
- the beamer,
- WLAN access
- coffee breaks (amazing what some hotels charge for this...)
- hotel rooms
- power outlets
...
can be major components.

On the other hand, the traveling costs of the participants can also be significant - so a cheap workshop may not be the most important consideration.
