Incompatible Image Geomerty
« on: 2013 May 18 17:01:30 »
I have run into this error message and I can't move forward.

I am using the Batch Process  and added R and G binned 2x2, B binned 1x1, Lum binned 1x1 and darks 2x2 and 1x1 all 300 sec. No other files.

Using a QSI 583ws on a Tak 106fsq. Ver 1.08.00.0963

This is very strange because I had the same problem last night with a differant set of files and got the same error.

I am looking to see if I am doing something wrong.

Hi Mark,

This message is telling you that at least one of the images has different dimensions (width and/or height in pixels) than the rest.

Thank you Juan.

I figured as much. I did work it out. However I would like to know an easy way in PI to step through the files and view them and also look at the fits headers as I step throught each files. I had to go to Maxlm to do this but I am sure PI can do it as well, just could not see what commands to use.

U can use Star Alignment in order to align the images and register them and then use Dynamic Crop and use the sane instance on each image to get the same dimensions.
