QHY8- tried all debayer options. Wrong!

Why is it that the debayer process for my QHY8(just plain QHY8) is wrong when I use PixInsight but correctly Debayers in Images Plus and Nebulosity?

When I use GBRG to debayer the image comes out "WAY TOO BLUE". I gave it a go trying to adjust the color but by the time I get the object close that background is trash.

In Images Plus, the selection is made for the camera type in a drop down menu, in Nebulosity it reads the header.

any ideas?

also the fits reader direction has an influence on this, so try reversing the direction. hover over Format Explorer on the left panel of the PI window, then double-click FITS. change the coordinate origin to the opposite of whatever it's set to now and try to debayer again.
