Dark Structure Enhance v1.0 ignore my mask

Hello,
bug or feature I do not know. If I run the DarkStructureEnhance Script, it ignors my applied mask.
Left: M33
Mid: M33 with mask shown, before DSE
Right: after DSE -> masked parts were also processed.

Yes, I have the same problem. I think the script doesn't support masks.

Hi,

I am no expert, but I have the impression that this script generates and uses its own mask. You can set the appropriate checkbox to see that mask after the processing has finished if you wish.

If you want to apply DSE with your own mask, you can blend the "before" DSE state of the picture with "after" DSE with your mask:
mask*before + (1-mask)*after
