Cannot read previous images saved in tiff format

Hello
I wanted to read an old image written by pi  in tiff format

but I got a message telling me that there is no installed file format for this image.
I tried with several other images and got same message.
I restarted PI and still the same.

What happened?

Hi Geert,

Your PixInsight installation has been messed for some reason; your TIFF format support module has been uninstalled. Do the following to reinstall all available modules:

- Run PixInsight.

- Select Process > Modules > Manage Modules from the main menu.

- On the Manage Modules dialog, click the Disable All button, then the Done button.

- Exit PixInsight.

- Run PixInsight.

Now everything should work normally.
