Mask generation with Preview ACDNR process

Dear all

Intensity mask generation is easy and very nice to be done by the preview ACDNR process (with smoothing layer)
For sure, RangeSelection process is nice but dosen't have mid tones settings (just High and Low)

Should it be possible to make a standalone process of the  intensity mask generation of the ACDNR process option ?

I second this idea.  Or maybe add a midtones slider to the range selection tool
