BatchPreprocessing command has disappeared

I installed the new BatchPreprocessing script (OS X) and there it was. Selected the menu option and launched the script all was fine. Didn't actuall do anything with the script  (was going to have a proper play this evening) went to launch the script this evening and it has dissapeared. Somehow I did managed to crash PI -may be that's why it's gone. Anyone know how to get the script back?

Perhaps you'd get better advice/responses in the bugs or even in the thread on the actual script in the scripts section of the forum?
