Can't open Sony raw files

Trying to open up a raw file from a Sony A55, and I get: 'Noncontinuable system exception' every time. I've tried several different photos with a variety of shooting conditions, and it won't open them. I have to either use jpgs or open them up in some other program, safe a as a tiff, then open in pixinsight.

I've looked at http://www.cybercom.net/~dcoffin/dcraw/, and according to the author, dcraw should support the Sony A55. Is there a way to tell if PixInsight is using the latest build with that camera's support? Or if it's a bug in dcraw itself?

Hi Robert,

I apologize for this problem. Indeed there is a horrible bug somewhere, probably in dcraw but I am not sure. The DSLR_RAW PixInsight module is using the latest version of dcraw.c (revision 1.447, released December 26th 2011).

I'll try to investigate this problem as soon as possible, but I anticipate that it is a hard one. I'll keep you informed.
